The service
AsYouSpeak is a call-transcription tool that turns a conversation into a spec and builds clickable prototypes from it. By using the product you agree to these terms.
Access and accounts
A free Starter tier is available to everyone. Paid features are unlocked with an access code tied to your email. You're responsible for keeping your access code private and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share access beyond the seats included in your plan.
Recording consent
AsYouSpeak processes the words spoken on your calls. You are responsible for having the right to capture and process those conversations — including obtaining consent from other participants where the law or your meeting platform requires it. This is true whether you use in-browser mic capture, paste a transcript, or enable bot auto-join on Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
Your content
The transcripts you bring, and the specs and prototypes generated from them, are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content through our sub-processors so we can deliver the product to you, as described in our Privacy page. Prototypes are AI-generated drafts — review them before relying on or shipping them.
Billing and usage limits
Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of live meetings, with per-meeting overage as listed on the pricing page. The product enforces budget caps and build limits on the server, and shows you the live compute cost during a session, so a long call can't quietly turn into a runaway bill.
Acceptable use
Don't use AsYouSpeak to process conversations you have no right to, to generate unlawful or harmful material, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its underlying providers.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
